S&S Funding Company (TM) DO PURCHASE/BUY both Business and Mortgage Notes, but Business Notes happen to be MORE on the RISKIEST side, the thing in purchasing Business Notes is that concerns Us @ S&S Funding Company (TM) would be the high failure rate of small businesses, but that would NOT KEEP US FROM PURCHASING/BUYING the Note(s).
Also "NOT" having collateral to secure the NOTE(S) we @ S&S Funding Company (TM) have factored in that scenario...but the main question on OUR mind is the Filing of any type of Bankruptcy 11 or 13 and that in itself will "NOT" keep Us @ S&S Funding Company (TM) from purchasing/buying said note(s) We would require that YOU enter into some form of Agreement with Us concerning the Note(s), outside of that everything is Up and Up.
S&S Funding Company (TM) in many occasions will purchase or buy just a PARTIAL PORTION OF THE NOTE(S), now if We decide to purchase/buy a PARTIAL note(s) we will quote YOU only part of the NOTE, this would reduce OUR risk in the event the Client/YOU default on them, that also would include Mortgage Note(s).
We @ S&S Funding Company (TM) ONLY purchase notes on the following types of properties:
Single Family Residences, Duplexes, Town Homes, Condos, Apartment Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Land (either improved and/or unimproved) and Mobile Homes with Land. At "NO" Time do we EVER consider the purchase of a note on a mobile home(s) without any land.
