    Q: What is Collateral?

    A: Something that is Used as well as Secure a Loan and/or Note.

    Q: What is a Credit Score?


    A: A number that is assigned to an individual's or business credit report that rates their likelihood of repaying a debt.


      Q: What does "AGI" stand for?

      A: Adjusted Gross Income.


      Pre-Settlement Lawsuit Funding is making funds available to a client before his or her case is settle(s).

The client pays the advance back when their case is settles.

Q: What is RECOURSE and NON - RECOURSE Payment(s)?


A: RECOURSE is simple it JUST another fancy way of saying RE-PAYMENT of any type of Funding/Loans, while a NON - RECOURSE just mean there in NO NEED OF PAYMENT OR PAYING SOMETHING BACK - EVER and S&S Funding Company (TM) offer both types of Funding/Loans...now the NON-RECOURSE is RARE in the Personal Loan Section, but is "NOT" impossible, but this is a type of Loan that require YOU, the client to have either GOOD to GREAT Credit, yet we @ S&S Funding Company (TM) have done this type of Funding/Loans with a Client having POOR CREDIT, again that is RARE but is do able.
